I had a surprisingly pleasant stay at this hotel. the value for money was fantastic. The prices were reasonable and definitely worth it. Secondly, the staff were exceptional. Xoren, in particular, was a marvelous receptionist and really went above and beyond to assist me. Lastly, the location was convenient, being close to tram 2 and right next to the train line. It made it easy to explore the old town and other areas, even though they were quite far off in the mountains. I was pleased with the basic amenities and the fact that breakfast was included.
Everything was great, nothing to improve upon.

The hotel's location near the tram station made it convenient to explore the city, including the seafront, just a 25-minute tram ride away. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing valuable tips and assistance. The room was stylish, very clean, and had good internet. The buffet breakfast had a reasonable selection.
For us, it was ideal.

The location was perfect for exploring the city. It was just a short walk from the airport and the tram stop was only a few minutes away, making it easy to get around. There were also many shops and restaurants nearby, convenient. I loved that the hotel allowed me to bring my bicycle into the room. It was great to be able to explore the city on two wheels and not have to worry about finding a safe place to park it.
. The TV remote in my room didn't work properly.
